Chocolate Baked Oatmeal

Here's a really simple and basic recipe for baked oatmeals. I love warm breakfast, so baked oatmeals are perfect for me. All I have to do is throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave it in the oven for 20minutes while I do my own stuff and I'll get a crispy crust with soft and warm oatmeal hidden under. Super easy and convenient (: I have to try to distract myself for 20minutes to make time past faster though. (:

Recipe:
Serves 1, prep time: 5 minutes, cook time: 20-25minutes

Ingredients:
Rolled oats - not the instant type. I used Quaker rolled oats. (I used about 3-4TBSP)
Milk - enough to cover your oat, or you could do half milk and half water to cover the oat
1/2 TBSP cocoa powder, or more if you prefer a more chocolatey taste
Honey, nuts, fruits - to taste

Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Put oats and liquid (milk/water) into a oven safe bowl and make sure the liquid covers the oats
3. Stir in cocoa powder and mix well
4. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25minutes
5. If you prefer a more crispy crust, you could turn the temperature on high for about 3 minutes. Do make sure not to burn them though (:
6. Drizzle honey over (because cocoa powder can be quite bitter) or mix in some fruits such as strawberries or blueberries to taste

A really simple and easy recipe for days when you're craving for something chocolatey and warm (:
