Blackforest Baked Oatmeal

The haze is really getting into me, making me feel really awful and sick. It's scary to know that something essential in our lives is polluted and there's no way we can avoid it. I just hope the rain will come soon to cool the Earth and also bring the haze away.

Had blackforest baked oatmeal a few days back, and it makes me feel as though I'm having cakes in the morning,  minus the sweet jam and alcohol. I really like how the blueberries burst in the mouth, and the flavours would mix with the creamy chocolatey oatmeal. Just the way I like my cake to be (:

Ingredients:
Rolled oats
Milk (enough to cover the oats, you could add water to fill it up)
Applesauce (as much as you want, but I used around 1 TBSP)
1 Tsp Cocoa powder
Blueberries (as much as you want)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Combine rolled oats, milk (or milk+ water), applesauce, cocoa and blueberries in a bake safe bowl
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25minutes
4. Sprinkle more blueberries when eating

Enjoy! (:
