Matcha Adzuki Baked Oatmeal

I finally found matcha powder and decided to make some jap style baked oatmeal. Not a big fan of red beans but adzuki beans taste different. This is by far the most tedious baked oatmeal I've done (because need to soak and cook beans) but it's definitely worth it (:

Ingredients:
Rolled oats, around 40g
Milk (enough to cover the oats, you could add water to fill it up)
Matcha powder(2 TSP)
Adzuki beans (2 TSP dried)

Method:
Day before:
1. Soak Adzuki beans
Prior to mixing:
1. Cook Adzuki beans for around 20mins
2. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Combine rolled oats, milk (or milk+ water), matcha powder and adzuki beans in a bake safe bowl
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25minutes
4. Top with more Adzuki beans to serve (:
